In this episode, Kara reviews several sustainably produced wines from South Africa’s Biodiversity & Wine Initiative. These wines were being poured at VIN12 in San Francisco on April of 2011.  They include Dornier Cocoa Hill Red, Villiera Chenin blanc, Doolhof Dark Lady of the Labyrinth Pinotage and Partnership Sauvignon blanc.
