Perfect Pairing at BBC - A Gastronomic Affair! (February 8 2010)
Cape Ardor paired four award winning wines with a sensational meal, provided by 2 talented Chefs from the British Bankers Club in Menlo Park on Thursday January 28. It was a wonderful evening thoroughly enjoyed by all, and left most patrons completely satiated.
Kudos to the creative chefs Tim and Paul for researching traditional South African Flavors (which included a treasure hunt for persimmons!)
All the wines showed exceptionally well and it was an awesome opportunity to educate all who attended about the quality wines hailing from South Africa.

Bobotie South African Beef and Lamb Pie, Mango Chutney, Golden Raisins, Grannysmith apples, toasted almond custard. Accompanied by yellow rice and green bean salad.
