The stunning estate stands as proud testimony to its Old Cape heritage, its historic buildings carefully restored and perfectly situated in a beautiful, landscaped setting

Doolhof Tasting Room

For the fifth time, Doolhof Estate near Wellington has been awarded national winner status at the Sixth Annual Novare SA Terroir Wine Awards. One can enjoy these wines in their elegant tasting room situated in the original wagon house built in the late 19th century  with light flowing in from its large windows and doors.

Fun Fact

When Settlers first set sight on this Estate in the early 18th Century they noted the many hills and vales and aptly named it Doolhof, which means labyrinth in Afrikaans.
